A ring worn on your little finger, or fifth finger, pinky rings were originally signet rings though now encompass a host of different designs. Over the years pinky rings have held various meanings – demonstrating professional significance, or conveying secret messages; during the Victorian times pinky rings indicated the wearer was uninterested in marriage; during the 1900s they were associated with the mafia and organised crime.
